Nate’s Homemade Hawaiian Pizza 11/28/14

I have been watching videos on Youtube on how to make pizza and this is what I came with. You can substitute any ingredients, but this is one of the best pizza’s i’ve ever made! I usually keep my base the same and just switch the protein based on leftovers from the night before. Most of the ingredients are from Publix.

1) Preheat Oven to 400
2) Lightly drizzle Olive oil on your crust
*Flax Whole Wheat Bread –
*Stonefire Naan Bread –
3) Put Olive oiled crust into oven for about 4 minutes or until crispy
4) Evenly spread out sauce
5) Add toppings (I used mushrooms)
6) Add protein
7) Add Mozzarella cheese (I never use shredded cheese because it has a preservative to prevent the cheese from clumping)
8) Add seasonings on top (I use Garlic powder, Pink Himalayan sea salt, Basil, and Oregano)
9) Put back in oven until cheese is melted

Or add crushed pineapple
